We are looking for an exceptionally talented Strategic Partnerships Manager - Technology with passion for supplier negotiations and business strategy who is savvy in developing partnerships in a fast-paced environment. Make an impact across Koch Industries' portfolio of companies by solving business opportunities through the influence of technology and supplier strategy, contract development and negotiations, and ongoing relationship management. Other essential functions include: Create long-term value for Koch Industries by developing relationships with partners to secure content, technology, and/or intellectual property rights through mutually beneficial business terms.

The primary responsibilities of the role are the following:

  • Initiate new partnerships swiftly to support innovation and speed to value
  • Negotiate business terms with strategic technology partners (external stakeholders) and coordinate with subject matter experts (internal stakeholders) like business leadership, engineering, operations teams, and legal stakeholders leading to the completion of a business deal
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technology & communicate industry insights to stakeholders and others through showing technology and expertise

The Experience You Will BringRequirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience (examples: business development, sales, etc.)
  • Experience in guiding decisions and gaining alignment among decision makers
  • Negotiations or a sales role experience

  • Intellectual Property and commercial licensing/contracting experience
  • Corporate strategy and development experience
  • Customer Relationship Management experience
  • Account Management experience
