POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Intern assists and supports the Digital Marketing team with the development and implementation of digital strategies and various marketing initiatives and projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Junior or senior level student currently enrolled in a college or university working towards an advanced degree in digital marketing, interactive media or related field.
Knowledge of web-based technologies including HTML and CSS, and familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
Proficient in the use of approved software including but not limited to: Adobe CC, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat; and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Highly dependable, personable and responsible, with excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous coursework in web development, social media marketing, digital marketing or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in web design and development including content management systems, social media marketing, digital marketing or related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work on collaborative marketing or project teams also preferred.
