Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience working with diverse groups of trans or genderqueer populations is desired, but any cultural competency with trans or genderqueer populations is a plus.

Position Summary

Project AFFIRM is seeking a part-time employee (19 hours/week) to assist with a study of transgender, transsexual, trans, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and genderqueer Atlantans.

Additional Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification

1 year of direct experience conducting study outreach and survey administration.
Completion of a bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR
Equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.

A valid drivers license required and reliable transportation for travel to and from interviews.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Microsoft office: Word/Excel. Excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands

This position will require occasional night time and weekend hours. The ability to work extended periods of time at a computer and lifting of 20 lbs.
