What you will do

Johnson Controls invites you to apply for aninternshiplocated in Milwaukee, Wi. This internshipis designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives.Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.

How you will do it:

  • Will be responsible to do dashboarding for Sales pipelines and maintain SFDC hygiene.
  • Support team in the preparation of enablement materials, user manual, and assist in Rollout and Support of new enablement initiatives.
  • Provide business analysis and business-related issue resolution to all cross-functional teams
  • You will have to project manage building Digital Community initiatives in JCI.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we look for

RequiredQualifications:

  • MBA candidate FY 2021
  • Experience in Financial, Operations or Digital industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Digitally Savvy, Keen learner, flexible.
  • Innovative & Goal Oriented.
  • Being proficient in presentation and report production
  • Strong interest and In sync with new trends in Digital technology.
  • Strong team-player, ability to multi-task.
  • Have a strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cordial and effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving
  • Experienced in related industry, e.g. in terms of finance, business development, marketing, business analytics, digital transformation project management, finance analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of project finance, costing, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in POWERPOINT, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, TEAMS, "POWER-BI"
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding, he/she from receiving the vaccine.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
