Summary:

Responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining inventory records by performing the following duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and sort documents such as invoices and warehouse receipts.
  • Audits invoices against inventory balances, research discrepancies
  • Reconcile report discrepancies and problems.
  • Codes data for input to inventory management system according to company procedures.
  • Reviews balances, interpret computer reports, and make necessary corrections.
  • Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services
  • Coordinate with QA to inspect and make any necessary inventory transactions for returned inventory.
  • Provide any necessary inventory control reports, as needed.
  • Maintain count accuracy for all storage location bins.
  • Investigate and correct any bin location discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and offer suggestions for corrective action on any adverse inventory trends.
  • Performs all other similar or related duties as requested or assigned

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Six months general office and clerical experience.
  • 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be forklift certified, or able to become forklift certified. Must be able to qualify for lift truck certification within 2 weeks.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have one year experience in applications of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Education:

  • Graduate from high school or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP BTP Suite.
