As the Senior Transformation Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and effective strategies to enhance our federal client's organizational capabilities. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, understand the unique challenges of the agency, and lead the design and execution of comprehensive transformation initiatives. This position will be the primary stakeholder interface.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Transformation Strategy Consultant: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Senior Transformation Strategy Consultant Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the agency's current landscape and operating model, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop a five-year strategic transformation roadmap and implementation plan aligned with the agency's organizational goals and objectives.
  • Establish and deploy a Program Management Office to lead deployment of the implementation plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the agency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand their vision and requirements for transformation.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of transformation strategies.
  • Provide guidance on strategic communication plans, training programs, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with the agency's needs and goals.
  • Embed automation and process improvement to optimize operations and create organizational capacity.
  • Provide advisory and programmatic support for policy, recruitment, and staffing functions.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of agency employees.
  • Work closely with teams to identify and address skills gaps within the organization.
  • Develop a hire-to-retire retention strategy.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Transformation Strategy Consultant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Master's degree in business administration, organizational management, change management, leadership or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a transformation consultant, preferably in a government or regulatory environment.
  • Commercial industry experience desired.
  • Demonstrated success in leading very large-scale transformation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of human capital best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions, fostering a team-oriented approach to transformation.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and influence executive teams, fostering a collaborative and transformation-focused culture.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
