The Manager of Business Operations will serve in a leadership role within the OSS management team and will be responsible for business process improvement across the entire department. The Manager will identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiencies, develop and publish key measurements and metrics, develop written operating procedures and policies, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze data and provide visualizations of that data for decision makers
Operations and Security Services (OSS) is a business unit within CIS responsible for the management and operation of the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) and the Election Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC) in cooperation with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
