Fresh Alliance is an integral part of the Fresh Division as it directly works with both Fresh Concepts and Produce Alliance providing a direct sourcing and contracting resources to their end user customers.

This position is based out of our Suwanee, GA office on a hybrid schedule. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

We are looking for an organized and detail-orientedProcurementCoordinator who can contribute to the achievement of sales goals by supporting sales representatives, fostering good relationships with customer and shippers, and accurately coordinating loading and billing. Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize takes are critical for success.

Your impact:

  • Help our team increase sales and meet goals
  • Execute the day-to-day buying on contract, including but not limited to order entry, cross-checking order confirmations, and making necessary revisions
  • Front-facing with customers in communicating difficult situations concerning an ever-changing market with hundreds of distributors
  • Work with growers to ensure accurate loading
  • Field phone calls and emails to assist with truck needs or loading issues
  • Enter claims into the system and follow up on addressing, resolving, and closing out all claims in a timely manner

About you:

  • 1+ years(s) of industry experience preferred
  • Excel experience required
  • Highattention to detail
  • Goodfollow-through and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
