General Position Summary:

Responsible for shipping of finished goods out of the facility. Assist in maintaining warehouse according to established 5s standards. Facilitate the movement of product throughout the facility as required to maintain inventories and out board orders.

Work Experience:

• Experienced in SAP shipping requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing, shipping and/or receiving functions.
• Sit down forklift experience is required.

• Staging upcoming orders via forklift
• Scanning bar codes of staged loads
• Printing finished shipping docs and placing with correlating staged order
• Safely drive a forklift to stage material, load trucks, unload trucks and transfer material within the plant as needed

• Perform material move transactions in SAP system as needed
• Process required paperwork to ensure shipped goods are handled in inventory systems appropriately

• Familiar with UPS and Fed ex requirements
• Able to communicate information to all levels of management
• Must be able and willing to change out propane cylinders on the forklift as required
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities as deemed necessary

Physical Environmental Demands:

Frequent Standing and walking; Frequent Stoop and Squat; Frequent Bending. Occasional bending and twisting; Occasional stair climbing; Pushing/Pulling 30 - 60 pounds of force; Occasional reaching; Repetitive use of wrist, hands, and fingers; Frequent use of shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles. Must be physically able to safely operate powered Industrial Equipment such as forklifts.
