Senior Principal Support Analyst, CSO, OMNI (Atlanta, GA)

Senior Principal Support Analyst, CSO, OMNI positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Senior project manager responsible for overseeing the coordination of all aspects of new customer modifications and roll out, from inception to installation. Oversee schedules and budgets to ensure quality products and timely services. Oversee support of complex internal and external resources with software configuration and functionality, including interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams. Prioritize issues and projects. Manage resolution of complex code issues for projects focused on the delivery of new and enhanced products for customers. Manage technical training from more senior perspective.

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software. Requires 5 years of experience developing with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, NodeJS, GCP, JEE, JSP or JSF frameworks. Requires 4 years of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in Oracle or DB2 or MySQL. Requires 3 years of experience: working with APIs, Google Cloud Platform/Amazon Web Services or equivalent, deployment and server management, Postman, and JSONs; working in Linux or UNIX operating systems; and utilizing WebSphere, Jboss, or WebLogic application servers. Up to 50% travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
