Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a well-organized Mini Bar Attendant to assist our Housekeeping team in providing a thoughtful and unique environment for our guests. In this position, the Mini Bar Attendant will be tasked with maintaining the mini-bars in guest rooms and preserve the standards of excellence while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
    Ensure the mini-bar is properly stocked and clean
  • Maintain adequate stock of products
  • Interact positively and professionally with all guests and team members
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of guests' experiences through proper maintenance and cleaning of specified areas
Qualifications
  • Computer skills and micros knowledge a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to efficiently problem-solve guests' requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guests
  • Able to withstand various physical activities throughout the work day
