We are looking for our next great team member to join our Food and Beverage management team as the Director of outlets. We are committed to provide you with the following:
The Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of restaurants and bars. The goal is maximizing food and beverage revenue; selecting, training, and developing team members; establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws. Keeps high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service.
