About the role

This role will support sales and client relationship resources through the coordination, management, development and production of responses to client risk and performance management questionnaires.

About the team

The Questionnaire Support team handles security assessments, information security questionnaires, and compliance reviews that a client (or prospective client) sends to FIS. The client questionnaires check that FIS can comply with regulations and avoid risks. The Questionnaires usually ask about data security policies, disaster recovery policies, or compliance.

What you will be doing

  • Manages multiple questionnaire response projects simultaneously. Updates project tracking and all involved parties throughout the process.
  • Collaborates with sales/client relationship resources to determine necessary resources and set timeframe expectations relating to responses.
  • Coordinates and manages internal resources during the response process to ensure all questions are answered and approved by business line managers and/or RISC liaisons.
  • Exercises good judgment in the course of managing the response process, understanding and executing escalation procedures wisely.
  • Is familiar with FIS and its various businesses and utilizes knowledge when managing sales processes.
  • Provides sales resources and business lines with interpretation, understanding and guidance of client requirements, business case results and risk impact.
  • Produces primary response documents incorporating database and business line inputs and links to related documentation, assembling in a customer-ready state by personalizing documents and performing format, grammar, spelling and punctuation edits.
  • Completes a sufficient quantity of assignments within timeframes as specified by manager and other members of the sales support operations team.
  • Assists business lines and other subject matter experts on development and maintenance of documentation and responses in the company content database.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. (High school diploma or GED required for job level I.)

  • Three to five years of related professional experience.
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Strong understanding of FIS business strategy and how products or initiatives contribute to FIS goals
  • Basic knowledge of FIS product line(s) and can identify and collaborate with correct business lines, RISC resources and other subject matter experts
  • Possesses good project management skills required to support response process
  • Basic knowledge of regulation requirements, compliance requirements and IT security concepts
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing personal and professional relationships among diverse internal departments
