About the role
The Life, Health & Safety Service Manager is responsible for managing all LHS service requests from initial request to completion. This should be completed accurately and in a timely fashion to ensure prompt response and timely completion per policy.

You may be eligible for a $500 net sign on bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor all Life, Health & Safety Emergency and Urgent service requests to assess the severity, timing, and requirements for completion.
  • Follow up with site leadership and residents to ensure LHS service work was completed timely and accurately.
  • Monitors supplies needed on LHS service requests and notifies Inventory Coordinator or equivalent of current and projected needs.
  • Create Environmental Support Requests and track through completion when required
  • Coordinate with Environmental Specialist, maintenance team and vendors for work needing to be completed in homes.
  • Ensure all required documentation is in Yardi to memorialize work completed.
  • Prepares and compiles miscellaneous reports for management including home history, timelines, work response time, completion percentage and others to allow management to properly monitor and improve LHS service levels.

Typical Physical Demands: Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.

Who we're looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience
  • Life Health Safety experience preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred
  • Must be available for night and/or weekend emergency on call duties as needed
  • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record is also required.
