We are looking for a highly capable and collaborative individual to join our team, focused on supporting the Executive Marketing team. The Executive Marketing team is focused on building and deepening Executive (C-suite) relationships within Salesforce's top global Enterprise accounts to expand industry influence, build trust and increase Salesforce's footprint. We create executive programs, starting with thoughtful, data-based segmentation of the audience, that we take through a journey of memorable moments, thought-provoking conversations, and relevant content across brand and media partnerships and Salesforce go-to-market channels.

Role Description:

We're looking for a collaborative marketer who's adept at program management and operations that is also excited about executive thought leadership. In this role, you'll project manage the creation of content and campaigns for an executive audience. You will also help craft thought-provoking conversations, launch campaigns with some of the world's biggest publishers and empower other marketers on how to engage executives with the right message,delivered at the right time. Given this role's high visibility with our executives, the ideal candidate needs to think strategically and operate tactically across multiple workstreams, simultaneously.

Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the development of content on projects with large scope and complexity, including resourcing, planning and documenting project tasks, collaborator communication, reporting and timely delivery of high-quality work fit for executives.

  • Lead the curation and creation of marketing enablement materials (ex. Playbooks, guides, etc) and collaborate with key team members in PR and product marketing to ensure assets are regularly updated with the latest messaging and relevant talking points

  • Build trusted relationships and deliver successful outcomes by ensuring cross functional alignment and driving accountability with key partners across Field, Brand, Content and Product marketing in addition to PR, research, executive leadership teams.

  • Help scale the C-Suite thought leadership program globally, partnering with key regional team members to ensure enablement and thought leadership assets are built with a global approach.

  • Occasionally assist with drafting and editing written materials and assets

  • Evangelize C-Suite thought leadership within Salesforce, model Salesforce behaviors and help foster a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, innovation and excellence.

  • Create compelling thought leadership content focused on emerging technology and relevant C-Suite topics across platforms including event abstracts, blog posts, videos, newsletters, social media, and more.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Project management experience

  • Prior experience developing thought leadership or content required

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously

  • Superb writing and communication skills

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers

  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams on fast-moving projects

  • Willingness to synthesize inputs from multiple sources (ex. Research, feedback, insights, metrics, etc.) from multiple areas (testing, feedback, metrics, etc.) to drive recommendations and improvements

  • Adept at creative thinking and problem solving under pressure

  • Able to learn and adapt to new tech-enabled tools and software quickly

  • Experience using Salesforce and Asana preferred

  • Familiarity with Google analytics, Tableau and/or Optimizely (or other CMS) not required but a bonus

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
