What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement, and lead strategic account strategies
  • Create Strategic Business plans, conduct stakeholder analysis, and devise opportunity strategies for each account, emphasizing continuum of care
  • Continuously cultivate pipeline for new opportunities and stakeholder relationships
  • Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products, presenting product information, and highlighting product features
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Directors, Region Managers, and Strategic Accounts leaders & utilize internal resources (Finance, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, etc.) for strategy development and implementation
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews for assigned accounts
  • Address and resolve customer issues through coordination with customer service department
  • Maintain communication with various departments within MHC to exchange information related to sales goals, product availability, marketing strategies, and order status
  • Uphold a positive and collaborative approach internally and externally, sharing new programs, best practices, and successes/challenges

Work/Life Balance:

  • 40% Travel across a multistate region
  • Candidates should reside in GA, FL, NC, SC, AL, MS or LA

What you'll get:

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field of study from accredited college/university
  • 5-7 years experience in medical device sales
  • Proven experience in Account Management for medium to large IDNs
  • Executive-level selling experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job which may include COVID vaccinations
