Position Overview:

The Global Stock Plan Administrator will manage the end-to-end administration of our equity plan. This role administers the company stock plans, prepares and provides information to stock plan participants, manages the processing of grants, award terminations, equity vesting, exercises, share pool tracking, and the employee stock purchase plan. The position will maintain and update the stock plan administration platform, prepare reports and work on moderate to complex projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs including the company's long-term incentive program and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Oversees and manages the processing of equity transactions in compliance with current rules and regulations, ensures compliance with and monitoring of SOX controls, governance of equity plan documents, and ensures the integrity of the equity administration system
  • Represents the company's Total Rewards function as a subject matter expert for equity related programs and provides quality customer service to associates globally
  • Manages the day-to-day relationship with the company's third-party equity plan administration vendor
  • Oversees the accurate and timely processing of equity related transactions
  • Monitors tax rates for upcoming equity transactions and liaises with the company's global payroll department to ensure tax compliance
  • Provides accurate and timely processing of reports to support payroll, SOX, SEC, proxy and other regulatory reporting requirements
  • Runs ad hoc equity related reports for miscellaneous internal departments such as HR, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Treasury as needed
  • Administers the company's Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with full scale offering period

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting/Finance/HR) or equivalent experience in a financial/legal field and 5+ years of relevant experience in the administration of global compensation and equity plans with a public company
  • Experience with the Morgan Stanley/Equity Edge Online platform is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to self-audit to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Understanding of U.S. federal, state and global equity taxation
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs and taxation
  • Strong technical / computer skills
  • Demonstrate credibility as a subject matter expert with insights rooted in knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication skills that translate to all levels of the company
  • Can work independently while prioritizing workloads
  • Familiarity with Section 16 and Rule 144 filings
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues and events
