As a Moves Management Coordinator, you will support site-specific relocation plans within the move management team. The Moves Coordinator should be organized, flexible and able to multi-task.
What is your day to day? Support the move management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
Executes financial and administrative aspects of moves, such as budget, purchase order and invoice entries
Verification of general contractors pay applications and vendor invoices for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
Vendor maintenance in compliance with client's policies
Vendor aging management
Manage account move project closeouts
Maintain move management documents on internal and client SharePoint sites, in compliance with client and JLL policies
Single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions and issue resolution for assigned regions
Process Improvement
Manage move management documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules
Responsible for internal team communication functions, including presentations and newsletters
Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology
Assist with developing and updating project documentation
Collaborate effectively with team members
Desired experience and technical skills
Required Previous experience in move management or project coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret document
