The Video Security & Access Control group at Motorola Solutions designs, develops, and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Avigilon and Pelco solutions have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive relationships with large national Architects, Electrical Engineers, and Security Consultants in key verticals such as Airports and Data Centers.

  • Find and create sales opportunities listing MSI products from targeted firms and key verticals to contribute to the North American Sales Team's pipelines.

  • Work as an overlay with the Regional A&E BDM's to drive a unified message to A&E firms with a national footprint.

  • Help identify trade associations, partnering opportunities, new business plans and objectives, and other creative market approaches to maximize your activity's impact.

  • Create and execute marketing plans targeting the assigned sector, including marketing campaigns, tradeshow events, sales tools, web resources, social media, and customer interactions as approved.

Territory:

  • Target national A&E firms and verticals across the United States.

Travel Requirements:

  • 70%+ travel covering the United States

Additional Skills

  • 7+ years of Sales experience working in the Video Surveillance industry

  • 2+ Years Experience working with A&E, Engineering, and Security Consulting firms

  • Detailed understanding of the Construction Lifecycle, Construction Design Sets using MasterFormat, and how the A&E business model operates.

  • Good understanding of Design deliverables and software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

  • Experience with key drivers in physical security in the Airport, Data Center, and Critical Infrastructure verticals.

  • Deep knowledge of Video Security Cameras, Video Management Software, Video Analytics, and Access Control hardware/software.

Basic Requirements
